04How to confirm you have the right part

Our team finds the correct part for you. We check it against the factory catalogue and reply within 24 hours.

05How we make sure the right part is shipped

A wrong part is the most expensive mistake in parts sourcing — the part itself is useless, and the freight, the downtime and the re-order are all on you. This is what we do to prevent it.

1. Photo confirmation before packingBefore anything is packed we photograph every part together with its part number, and send those photos to you.
2. You approve, then we packPacking starts only after you confirm the photos show the parts you ordered. No confirmation, no shipment.
3. Packing and dispatch photosOn the day your order leaves we photograph the packed cartons and the dispatched shipment, and send both to you.
4. A packing list you can checkOrders often contain many different part numbers. Every carton is listed with its contents and the quantity of each part, so you can check the shipment against the paperwork when it arrives.

Genuine

The part made by the truck maker itself, supplied in the truck maker’s own packaging.

OEM

The same part, made on the same production line by the original component supplier, supplied in that supplier’s packaging.

Aftermarket

A part made by a third-party manufacturer to the same fitment specification.
